The below terms apply when you are using our templates for free

• You can use the template for personal or commercial websites
• You can create website for your clients
• You can modify/customize the template files to fit your needs
• You are NOT allowed to remove the credit link to TemplateMag
• You cannot claim credit or ownership for the template or any of the template files, modified or unmodified.
• You cannot resell, redistribute, license, or sub-license the template or any of the template files, modified or unmodified.

Paid (Pro) Templates

The below terms apply when you purchase a license or join our membership program

• You can use the template for personal or commercial website
• You can create website for your clients
• You can modify/customize the template files to fit your needs
• You can remove the credit link or any other reference to TemplateMag
• You cannot claim credit or ownership for the template or any of the template files, modified or unmodified.
• You cannot resell, redistribute, license, or sub-license the template or any of the template files, modified or unmodified.
